In December 2021, SP Industries, Inc. became part of ATS, an industry-leading automation solutions provider. ATS addresses the sophisticated manufacturing automation and service needs of some of the world’s most successful businesses. This union is built on SP’s renowned customer support throughout the lifecycle of pharmaceutical development and production, as well as in diagnostics, life sciences and applied sciences applications.
In support of the expanded capabilities and intensified impact reflected by this acquisition, our name and brand identity are evolving.
SP is now ATS Life Sciences Scientific Products.
We have updated our logo and brand identity to reflect an evolutionary journey that recognizes our history while simultaneously positioning us in the market as the company we are today, and will be in the future. ATS is a diverse, decentralized business, but what unites its companies and brands is a shared purpose and the ATS Business Model (ABM). This connective thread provides clarity in what we do and why we do it, and leverages a set of tools and resources that allow us to achieve business goals through discipline and continuous improvement. As we undertook this journey, it was imperative that our new logo and branding identity reflect this. That is why we adopted the three parallelograms, each representing one of those values.
